BIOGRAPHY
I graduated with a BSN in 1990 and worked primarily in psychiatric nursing for my career.
In 2012 after my husband lost an 8-year battle with cancer I was diagnosed with severe depression and left nursing to study art. In 2015 I started Apple House Art.

I have seen firsthand how art can benefit mental health and that is why Apple House Art’s mandate is to create a better tomorrow, create today.

In 2018 I won the Atwater Art Fair award for my painting Quebec Sky.
In 2019 Apple House began digital illustrations.

In 2020 I left my home studio to do fieldwork in
Manitoba.

In the fall of 2023, my book The Moons Of Manitoba will be published
